Hello Mike my name is Kevin I would like to nominate my mom she is an awesome and caring woman she has raised two kids with special needs and help them become Eagle Scouts she has also transformed a clothing Drive into a food pantry she has worked at this food pantry for about 12 years we pick up food every week even when she came front back from the hospital with COPD she’s still worked it if I had to say I think she had about 5,000 hours of community service just from doing food she also spends up to 3 and sometimes 5 hours a night on helping my dyslexic brother with his homework. And on top of that, she helps to get donations from other charities and we are located in Wauconda Illinois, Your mom sounds like a truly incredible woman, Kevin! It sounds like she’s touching a lot of hearts in Wauconda. We’re honored you shared her story with us.
