While I tend to agree, I look back at the Bengals game and think that we actually are able to enter shootout mode, it just seems very difficult to sustain it when we need it. But I also think the years of Shula-ball has us groomed to not believe we can be a shootout team and Norv has us going in the opposite direction of that, where Cam can have 300+ yard days with relative ease even with our running game putting up almost 200 yards. Great write up! As enemies, I follow the Packers more closely than any other team. I didn’t realize how many “new/old” hires there were this year. The Ted Thompson clip was hilarious and sad. My packers buddy and I are constantly ripping each other, but this offseason we both had to give kudos. I see both teams improving quite a bit. NFC north bloodbath is no joke.
